Biodegradable & biocompatible polymers
Three material families for resorbable devices, injectables and drug-delivery matrices. Documented grades, small scale to bulk, samples for qualification.
Product families
Full specifications live on each family pageSodium hyaluronate
Non-animal, bacterial-fermentation hyaluronate in four documented grades. Molecular weight decides viscosity and residence time, so the grade follows the application rather than the other way round.
- MW 15–1645 kDa — eye grade highest, coating grade lowest
- Endotoxin ≤ 0.05 EU/mg on sterile and eye grades
- Packaging 10 g – 25 kg · lead time 2–3 weeks
PLGA polymers
Poly(lactide-co-glycolide) in four monomer ratios and two end-group chemistries, plus PDLLA and PCL homopolymers. Ratio sets the degradation pace, end group the release profile, IV the processability.
- L:G 50:50 → 85:15 · resorption 3 weeks to 6 months
- Acid or ester terminated — faster erosion vs. flatter release
- IV 0.16–0.75 dL/g for microspheres through extrusion
Hydrogels from oxazolines
Poly(2-oxazoline) networks crosslinked with our own bis-oxazoline monomers — a PEG alternative with low protein adsorption. Swelling, stiffness and gel time are set independently by side chain and crosslink density.
- Swelling 8–40 g/g · gel fraction above 90%
- Gel time 4–22 min at 37 °C, water or PBS only
- Custom crosslink density on project basis
